Megan Davis is a licensed social worker and mental health therapist who has worked with children and families throughout Cleveland for the past 13 years. She works with those effected by trauma, violence, abuse and loss. In 2012 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Diana Vitantonio, and she has been truly inspired by how empowering yoga and mindfulness has been for her clients and students, and integrates her clinical background into classes to create a unique and welcoming practice. She loves to breathe, flow, rock out, empower, uplift, release, connect and heal . . . all in one class!
Megan’s greatest hope is that her students feel safe and supported, so that they may find moments of peace, joy and freedom in each class.
